The Designer Violence sound is a well-crafted concoction of various musical ingredients. The most intrinsic elements in such genres as electro house, techno, industrial, shoe gaze, hip-hop and metal are utilised and incorporated into the Designer Violence sound structure. Largely though, Designer Violence can be fundamentally classed as dance music, but by no means in the traditional sense; Designer Violence continue to push the boundaries of popular dance music in a direction aimed to not only contribute to the current revolutionising of the global club scene, but to broaden the reach of electronic music in general.

Despite the personal ambitions of Designer Violence, the duo are in constant demand as producers by numerous European Dance music labels, writing, performing and producing electro-house, techno and pop tracks among others. Due to the attention the Designer Violence production style has received, the duo have become a popular choice among club promoters .
